TEACH ME ADHD is a class designed for children and their parent’s to take TOGETHER so they learn to connect, communicate and collaborate with each other while navigating the road ahead.

WHAT IS TEACH ME ADHD?

  • TEACH ME ADHD is an 8 week course designed for kids 8-12 diagnosed with ADHD and their parents to take together.

  • The class has a fun detective theme, so joining the class means that you and your child will be joining the All Deeds Help Detection Agency.  

  • The 75 minute weekly interactive mission meetings train participants to become Detectives by collaborating to uncover clues and working on weekly deeds and family missions while having fun!

  • Jr. Detectives (kids) and Sr. Detectives (parents or other primary caregivers) will learn all about ADHD and develop a common language with which to talk about it.

  • The class teaches tools and strategies for nurturing executive function skills and provides a clear understanding of what your family role is and what elements are needed in your child’s ADHD care plan.

  • Kids won't even realize they're building executive functioning skills and learning about managing ADHD.
